Returns

We accept returns within 10days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as final sale
Intimate or sanitary goods
Items damaged due to misuse

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at your store email before sending any items back. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
